Academy Code of Conduct & Professional Standards
To maintain the high prestige of an international ITEC qualification, all students must adhere to our strict professional standards. We train world-class therapists, and professionalism begins on day one.
Punctuality is Mandatory: The clinical doors close exactly at the start of class. Lateness is disrespectful to your tutors and your fellow students. Arriving late counts as an absence for that module.
Humility & A Willingness to Learn: We welcome students who are ready to absorb knowledge. Pride and defensive attitudes leave no room for growth. A respectful, cooperative attitude toward instructors and peers is required at all times.
Zero Tolerance for Disrespect: Any display of rudeness, aggressive language, or unprofessional behavior toward staff or fellow classmates will result in immediate removal from the course with no refund of fees.
Professional Presentation: Students must attend practical sessions with clean, short nails (no acrylics), hair neatly tied back, and a clean, professional appearance. We dress for the global industry we are entering.
